little questions
Where do stamps come from?
Every drink you order comes with its own sticker. One sticker, one stamp, and no daily limit: scan them all. Free drinks don't come with one.
Do I type my number every time?
Nope. Number and PIN are only asked the first time on a phone. After that, scanning stamps straight away.
How do I get my free drink?
Your first card fills at 4 stamps, every card after at 6. Tap claim and WhatsApp opens with your code typed in. Send it from the number on your card, and we'll sort your drink and pickup time with you there. We'll send you where to pick it up in that chat. Collect it between 8 am and 10 pm, or send a driver. Got a few ready? Pick them up in one go.
Forgot my PIN, or someone used my number?
Message us on WhatsApp from that number and we'll reset the PIN. The card is yours, stamps and all. Whoever used your number can't claim anything, because claims only work from your WhatsApp.
Which drinks can I get?
A Classic Matcha Latte or a Cold-whisked Matcha Latte. A friend gets either one for Rp25k.
Sticker won't scan?
Try again in good light, with the sticker flat. Still stuck? On My card, tap “Sticker won't scan?” and send us a photo of the cup with its QR sticker on WhatsApp. We'll add your stamp.
fair play
Can a reward be cancelled?
Yes. Inuya can cancel stamps, free drinks or Rp25k cups of matcha at any time, for any reason, for example in a dispute. If you'd already paid for a cup we cancel, we refund it. For example: one person running several numbers, inviting themselves as a friend, stickers that didn't come with an order, or automated scanning. Your paid orders are never affected. Our decision on rewards is final.
